Roles
For website enquiries, Flightna acts as a data controller. For customer platform data, processing terms are set out in your service agreement.
Security
Data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit trails and regular backups.
Sub-processors
Where we use third-party services (e.g. email or hosting), we ensure appropriate data protection terms are in place.
